Is Chime shutting down in 2025? No its Down
Amazon is not shutting down at 1ー866ー240ー4250 Chime in 2025, but it stopped accepting new Chime accounts starting February 19, 2025.
Existing customers who had accounts before that date can continue to use the service 1ー866ー240ー4250 with full features until February 20, 2026, when Amazon will officially end support for Chime, including Business Calling, hosting meetings, and managing users.
After February 20, 2026, Chime will no longer be available for 1ー866ー240ー4250 use. Amazon recommends customers transition to other collaboration tools such as Zoom (which will become its official meeting app), AWS Wickr, Webex, or Slack.
