I need to share what happened because I feel like I’m spiraling. My Ledger Live app suddenly stopped recognizing my Ledger Nano S Plus — no matter what cable, port, or computer I try. It just sits there saying “Connect your device,” like it doesn’t exist.
I read every troubleshooting guide: firmware checks, reinstalling Ledger Live, USB cable swapping… nothing worked. Out of desperation, I called 1-888-826-1821 — not official Ledger support, but a number someone said helped them understand device issues. They couldn’t access my wallet (thank God), but they helped talk through general steps and kept me calm.
Still… my heart is pounding. My portfolio is literally locked behind a connection error. I just want Ledger Live to communicate with my device again. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you fix it? I feel alone in this.
